What is Taco bell nutrition? Good news! There is a new super healthy vegetarian restaurant in your neighborhood and it is very cheap. It’s called … Taco Bell Nutrition.

That sounds crazy. After all, Bell has a reputation for committing serious [food sinks]: they invented “taco waffle”, almost making the morning the most dangerous moment from a nutritional point of view. And then they tried to sell us the idea that we needed a “fourth meal” as if we had not gained enough weight from the top three.

But the Taco Bell Nutrition calorie bib is worse than bite, especially with the news that it has become the first fast-food chain to offer meat-free meals certified by the American Vegetarian Association. It also promised to remove all artificial preservatives and additives by the end of 2017. Actually, even before this news, eat this, it is not! Taco Bell ranked as the healthiest Mexican chain in America; scored a B in our restaurant report for 2015. (Baja Fresh and On the Border won a D, Chili is a D +, and even Chipotle only got a C thanks to its giant burritos and calorie salads).

It’s no different in Taco Bell: Double Decker, you’ll find cheddar cheese, spicy meat and salad iceberg, quite decent, unnecessarily tucked away in grain barley and then sandwiched between less than beans and flour bread. The result is a club with more saturated fat than a Whopper Jr. By the way, sometimes fat is not bad.

The additive makes everything more palatable, making you feel more comfortable. In addition, MSG also increases appetite by blocking the message to the brain that you have eaten by nauseam. In fact, a group of researchers discovered that monosodium glutamate in the administration of laboratory rats increased their food intake by an amazing 40 percent. And after you have filled your belly to the edge with MSG, the drugstore tells your body to pump insulin, the fat storage hormone. This wave of insulin causes your blood sugar level to drop and your appetite returns – with revenge.

It sounds like two tacos in one, and it has the sodium count to prove it, swallow one, and you get almost 60 percent of your recommended daily intake of sodium! Ironically, for a chain that tells you, “Live more.”
